Public Transport in Sardinia |
If you are unable to use a private vehicle to travel, you can use trains to move from one country to another. Sardinian railway network connects more or less the entire region. For times and stations visit the Trenitalia website.
If you live in a country without a railway station, you can use ARST buses. The frequency of trips is decent and the service covers the entire region widely, giving you the chance to reach any location. Please, visit ARST’s web site to know the routes, times and addresses of ticket resellers. We recommend you to call the call center, because often times in the website site are not updated.
In every city, there are also city buses. Here are the companies that serve every city and their hinterland:
Cagliari; Sassari; Olbia; Nuoro; Oristano. |
